Guided Bird Walk at Hassayampa River Preserve
Join Ranger Eric for a guided morning walk through the Preserve to see and hear what resident and fall migrant birds are at the Preserve! Along the way, learn more from Ranger Eric about how to identify various birds by sight and sound, and about the behavioral and ecological traits that make them unique. Fall migration is still at peak numbers and diversity, so rare eastern vagrants may be found!
The Preserve has some binoculars that are available to borrow. Space is limited and registration is required. Call the Preserve to register: (928) 684-2772.
