Tai Chi for Balance
Tai Chi exercise uses slow movement and stretching to reduce stress and improve balance. Certified Tai Chi instructor Mary Degeoso will introduce participants to Tai Chi exercise techniques during this hour-long class in the picnic area at the Preserve.
