Feb. 20, 2016 – Desert Survival 10-11:30 AM at Sophie’s Flat (see Riding & Hiking tab for directions)-   Attendees will learn basic 24 hour emergency desert survival skills – learning what to pack in a survival kit, building a fire and shelter, and signaling for help.  Adam Melle, outdoor enthusiast will lead the class.  Bring water, hat and a chair or blanket to sit on. Program is structured for adults and students.
