For the night is dark and full of bugs! Join Parks volunteer and entomologist Jack Jenkins for a presentation on insect life of the Sonoran Desert, followed by viewing a blacklight set-up outside that will attract the many insects emerging from our late summer monsoons at the Preserve!

We will also have hand-held blacklights available to borrow so you can search for the glow of scorpions along some of our trails at night!

No registration required. Program lasts from 7:00 – 9:30pm.
